01About the Role
We're hiring a QC Lab Specialist (Chemistry) to join our growing team in India. This is a hands-on position with real ownership — you'll work closely with leadership and shape how this function operates as the company scales.
Liquid Rubber Worldwide manufactures engineered waterproofing and corrosion-protection systems shipped to customers across 37+ countries.
02What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day delivery within your function and raise the standard of execution
- Collaborate across R&D, production, QC and sales to keep work moving
- Build repeatable processes where none exist yet
- Report progress clearly and flag risks early
03You Should Have
- Relevant hands-on experience in a comparable role
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A degree or equivalent practical track record in a related field
04Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, coatings, construction chemicals or a related industry
- Exposure to scaling a function from an early stage
